Robotic Surgery is an advancement of Laparoscopic Surgery where a patient is operated by the surgeon sitting on a console which is away from the patient and the robotic arms controlled by the surgeon operates on the patient.

It is a much more precise and accurate way of operating where the patient gets the benefit of the robot
